Eye Adorn by Lisa-Ann
Eye Adorn by Lisa-Ann needed more than a salon website — a premium brand experience with real online booking, plus one place to run her permanent-makeup academy and the studio behind the scenes.

Eye Adorn by Lisa-Ann is a permanent-makeup and beauty studio in Kingston, Jamaica, led by artist and educator Lisa-Ann. Her work — microblading, combo and nano brows, lip blush, brow lamination, lash lifts and corrective treatments — is premium, detailed artistry, and the brand needed to feel that way online instead of looking like a generic salon template.
We started with a complete design system: a luxury editorial look built on soft ivory and deep espresso with restrained champagne-gold accents, oversized serif headlines, and calm, confident copy. Every screen — the public site, booking, client and student portals, and the admin dashboard — is built from the same colours, type and components, so the brand feels consistent everywhere a client touches it.
The public website walks clients from interest to appointment: signature services, a dedicated page for each treatment with pricing, a before-and-after results gallery, Lisa-Ann's story, and contact with WhatsApp. Booking is a guided flow — choose a service, pick a professional, select a date and time, add details, pay a deposit, and receive a confirmation. Pre-booking questionnaires and consent forms screen clients before they arrive, and confirmations come with email notifications and calendar invites.
After booking, each client has an account for appointments, payments, profile details and consent forms. The Eye Adorn Academy has its own course catalogue and enrolment, a student portal for lessons, assignments, attendance and certificates, and an instructor portal for managing cohorts and reviewing student work. Clients and students share one account, so nobody juggles two logins.
Behind it all, an admin dashboard runs the business day to day: calendar and appointments, clients and enquiries, payments and finance, inventory and suppliers, staff roles, academy operations, questionnaires, retention and insights. What used to live in DMs, notebooks and memory now lives in one system.
